Guests of Chalet L'Ours are free to use the "wellness" facilities in Chalet Altitude, which incorporate both a heated indoor swimming pool and a sauna. In addition to this, there is supermarket within the residence itself, perfect for getting hold of the essentials, and also an in-house pub. The apartments themselves, each for between 6 and 8 people, are truly designed with guests in mind. Every apartment features a fireplace, flat screen TV, free wireless internet access, a direct-dial telephone, balcony and ski storeroom. Chalet L'Ours also offers a range of convenient services for its guests, ensuring that little bit extra comfort. These include freshly made-up beds and fresh hand towels (changed once mid-stay) upon arrival. Any firewood necessary is also thrown in. In addition, various pieces of equipment can be loaned from reception free of charge, including a baby cot, high chair or raclette/fondue set.
