This beautiful comfortable chalet for up to 10 persons is located directly on the ski-slope, approximately 800m above Les Coches. All 5 rooms in the house, which span 3 floors and a living area of 140m², have been tastefully and comfortably arranged. Besides a corridor with a wardrobe, storage for skis and a ski-boot heater, there is also a 4-bed room with two single beds, a bunkbed and a bathroom (shower and WC) located on the ground floor. Three double rooms, one of which has a french double bed, and two bathrooms (shower and WC) are located on the 1st floor. The charming living area (54m²) that extends to the gables forms the centre of the 2nd floor, with a comfortable seating area, a bed settee for 2 persons, satellite TV, DVD player, surround sound system, dining table and a well-equipped fitted kitchen. A separate toilet is also located on this level. One is able to reach the gondola in the direction Les Arcs with just one connecting lift, thanks to the chalet's ideal location in the centre of the ski-region Paradiski. Due to the fact that the chalet is situated on its own at a height of 1560m on a hillside, it provides the occupants with a breath-taking panorama view. Vehicle access to the house is possible up to approximately 200m. One can fasten and unfasten skis directly on the doorstep of the chalet.
