You can start directly on the piste from this comfortable chalet, which is intended for up to 10 persons and has a fireplace and sauna, and also ski back to the house, for it is located directly on the valley slope. The 4 bedroom house with a living area of 100m² provides a typical chalet atomosphere due to the wooden panelling throughout the house. A ski locker, a common room and a sauna with shower are located on the ground floor. The inviting living room is the centre piece of the 1st floor with a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, radio, comfortable seating area, bed settee, dining table and a well-equipped fitted kitchen. A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet are also located on this level. The house's remaining bedrooms are found on the sloped attic floor: a double room with a french double bed and en-suite (shower) plus two 3-bed rooms - each with 3 single beds, one of which also has en-suite (shower). There is also a further bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet on the top floor. A washing machine is also available to the occupants. The house lies 600m above of Les Coches at a height of 1550m in the centre of the ski-region Paradiski and it is only one connecting lift away from the new gondola lift in the direction Les Arcs. The peaceful hillside location provides a unique view of the Isère valley and of Mont Blanc. Vehicle access is only possible up to 300m from the house, after this you must walk. A baggage transporter on the day of arrival can be arranged for a small fee. The ski-shuttle bus is 300m away.
