A holiday of exclusive quality can be enjoyed here: skiing in the large ski-region Paradiski and living on the outskirts of the quaint, homely mountain village of Peisey-Vallandry with a high quality of life. The idyllic hillside location at a height of approx. 1350m with its dream-like view is an added bonus. The chalet has 7 bedrooms on 3 levels at its disposal, plus a basement with a garage and sauna. The bright, pleasant living-cum-dining room with a large panorama window facade is located on the top floor. The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet and 1 balcony. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, 1 separate toilet, the kitchen and living room plus 2 balconies are located on the 2nd floor; on the top floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 mezzanine, 1 separate toilet and 1 bathroom with a shower. The open roof beam-construction in the living room with a seating area by the fireplace plus a generously equipped open-plan kitchen with barstools and round stone columns conforms to the customary architecture in the region and provides the chalet with a particular flair. The ski-lift "Lonzagne" into the top ski-region Les Arcs-Paradiski is only 350m away on foot or 450m by car. There are free parking spaces by the lift. For winter of 2019-2020 the chalet will be partially upgraded and extended by a new sauna house. This is located next to the jacuzzi; it is composed by the private sauna for 4 - 6 people and an additional shower.
