The standard facilities available to guests in every apartment include satellite TV, free wireless internet access, a telephone, balcony, towel warmer, hair dryer and ski cupboard with ski shoe dryer. In additional to the comfortable and stylish furnishings of the apartments themselves, a range of included services also help to provide a totally stress-free holiday. For example, guests can expect to arrive to freshly made-up beds, fresh hand towels, and needn't concern themselves with final cleaning either, as this is included in the price (for all areas except for the kitchen). A "kitchen set", containing fresh tea towels and cleaning products, is also provided to guests. Guests can hire out additional equipment such as baby cots, high chairs, stone grills and raclette/fondue sets free of charge. Fresh bread can be ordered each day then picked up the following morning. On arrival and departure day, reception also offers a secure luggage storage service, meaning that guests can leave their bags at the complex and enjoy every last minute out on the ski slopes. A further highlight is the "wellness" area in the partner-complex of L'Orée des Cimes (1.3km away), which guests staying at L'Orée des Neiges have free access to. This incorporates an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzis, saunas, steam pools and a fitness studio. At an additional cost, the attached spa can also offer a range of massages and beauty treatments.
