Perfect family ski station
Skiers in Plagne Soleil and Plagne Villages can set out from their accommodation using the nearby lift. A blue run will take you from Plagne Soleil to the La Bergerie lift or to the Boulevard lift in Plagne Centre in just a few minutes. There is also a blue run that will take you from Plagne Villages to Plagne Centre in around a minute, or you can take the Aollets lift and then follow the slope to Plagne Bellecôte.
It’s quick and easy for skiers to access all the 130 slopes of the La Plagne ski resort, or the vast ski resort of Paradiski with its 250 pistes. At the end of a day’s skiing you can take a final lift from Plagne Centre or Plagne Bellecôte, right back to your door.
Fans of cross-country skiing will also enjoy the conditions as the varied, circular 5km route of Dou du Praz starts and ends in Plagne Soleil/Plagne Villages.
Includes a night in an igloo
Plagne Soleil and Plagne Villages also offer a wide range of activities in the snow off the slopes. Numerous walking trails around both stations are great for winter hiking or extensive snow shoe tours. The more adventurous amongst you can be a passenger in a snowmobile up to the summit or even dash through the snow on a quad bike.
One unforgettable experience that’s on offer is a visit to the igloo village above Plagne Villages, accessible via the free shuttle bus. Up to 20 people can stay overnight in the 6 igloos, spending a night surrounded by snow – including watching the sun rise over Mont Blanc. The traditional meal that’s included, consisting entirely of local products, can also be booked separately, and is an equally unique way to spend an evening.
