At the heart if the bustle of Plagne Soleil Ski Resort, the welcoming and sun-bathed residence of Les Granges du Soleil offers both easy access to the ski slopes and a stunning view of Mont Blanc. The 80 stylish apartments, each designed to accommodate between 4 and 8 people, are housed in 4 large chalets, built in the typical regional style from wood and stone. A further central chalet forms the centre of the complex, housing the reception area, a comfy fireplace lounge with a pool table and generous "wellness" facilities. These include a heated swimming pool, jacuzzis, saunas, steam pools and a fitness studio. The attached spa can, if desired, offer a range of relaxing massages and beauty treatments upon reservation. Each of the individual apartments offer an excellent feeling of comfort, aided by their plush furnishings: satellite TV, free wireless internet access, a telephone, balcony, towel warmer, hair dryer and ski cupboard with ski shoe dryer. An all-round stress-free holiday is also assured by a range of services included in the price of accommodation. This includes ready made-up beds upon arrival, fresh hand towels and final cleaning (of all areas except for the kitchen). For the duration of their stay, guests are provided with a "kitchen set", containing tea towels and cleaning equipment. As required, a range of additional services can also be made use of. For example, guests have the option of ordering fresh bread each day, which can then be picked up the following morning and enjoyed for breakfast. Reception can also loan out a range of additional equipment at no extra cost, including baby cots, high chairs, stone grills and raclette/fondue sets. Finally, the complex provides a secure luggage storage service, allowing visitors to even spend their arrival and departure days enjoying the snow.
