This relatively new group-chalet with , consists of 2 separately reservable chalet halves for 25 persons. The whole chalet, however, can also be booked for up to 50 persons. (F 17.9) The two chalet halves F17.7 and 17.8 are identical and each offer a living area of 240m² across 3 levels and a large south-facing terrace with seating furniture. Each of the 6 bedrooms in both halves of the house come with en-suite and their own large balcony. On both sides there are even modern, disabled-friendly facilities, including a lift on the 1st floor (usage only for those with impaired mobility) plus free WiFi. A spacious living-cum-dining area (50m²) can be located on the ground floor in each chalet-half with a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, radio/CD player, seating area and a well equipped group kitchen plus a separate toilet. Three 4-bed rooms with single beds, plus a 5-bed room with 3 single beds and a bunk bed are to be found on the 1st floor of both sides. Both house halves' remaining bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor: a 4-bed room with single beds, plus a 4-bed room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds / a bunk bed. The non-smoking house is fully furnished with in-floor heating and a heated ski/shoe locker is available on each side. There is also a table football in the chalet half F 17.7. The comfortable group-house is located directly on the cross country ski run between Châtel and La Chapelle, which serves as a connection to the gondola lift and is usually in a good condition (1300m). The nearest large supermarket lies 500m away, the town centre of La Chapelle 2.5km and the ski-resort Châtel 4km. A complimentary ski-shuttlebus, which drives regularly to Châtel and Linga, stops 50m away from the house.
