Due to the large panorama window, this Chalet offers a sensational view out onto the surrounding winter landscape and the idyllic ski village Le Bettaix with its small mountain stream. With up to 160m² living area and 2 floors the house, which is typical for the region and made from wood and stone, has plenty of space for up to 14 people. To ensure even more comfort, the chalet is equiped with underfloor heating and ski racks. In addition to this each of the 7 double rooms comes with its own small bathroom with a shower On the ground floor of the house, which is situated on a hillside, lie 6 of the 7 double rooms with bathrooms - one of which is equiped with a massage shower. Furthermore there are 2 separate toilets and a corridor with a wardrobe and skiboot warmers. The centrepiece of the house is the lavish, well-lit living area, which is located on the upper floor of the house and which has a comfortable seating area, satellite TV as well as many dining tables and an extensive kitchen unit. Here you can also find a small pantry, the seventh double room with ensuite, a further toilet and a washing machine. From Le Bettaix, which lies below Les Menuires, winter sports enthusiasts can directly reach the ski resort with just one chairlift which is 340m away from their house. Downhill skiing into the village is also possible during the whole season, due to a snow-covered piste. Shops and restaurants in Les Menuires and in St. Martin de Belleville are respectively 3km away.
