Since the complete renovation and restructuring in 2004 this spacious 8 room chalet achieves a comfortable and homely set up. Due to the intelligent room layout, the 250m² living area is split up into a total of 6 bedrooms, 2 living quarters and 5 bathrooms, which are all furnished elegantly. Several balconies and a small conservatory with deckchairs perfectly complete the overall package. The conservatory is on the ground floor of the chalet, in which one of the two living areas with a seating area, satellite TV and DVD player is located plus a kitchen unit with a dining table. 2 double rooms, each with their own bathroom (ensuite), are also located on the lowest level. Likewise the sauna room with a sauna and rain shower can be found on this level, along with a separate toilet. The second living-cum-dining room (25m²) with a fireplace, a cosy seating area, radio/CD player, a large dining table and a modern fitted kitchen is located on the first floor of the chalet. Along with a double room with a french double bed and balcony, a 3 person bedroom with 3 single beds as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. Finally, three further bedrooms are located on the 2nd level of the house with a lightly sloped roof: a double room with a french double bed and shower, 2 single beds in the gallery and a double room with a balcony situated behind it (separated by a curtain.) The bathroom on the top floor is furnished with a bathtub and a toilet. Further to this, a heated room for skis and boots and internet connection is available to the occupants of the chalet for a fee. The idyllic location in the small mountain village Le Bettaix below Les Menuires enables one to ski downhill until close to home. There is a chairlift only 280m away from the chalet to reach the start of the skislope. Shopping facilities in Les menuires are located 3km away, however it is possible to have fresh baguettes delivered to your home.
