On top of this, the highlight of the lower level is the chalet's small wellness area with a sauna, shower, relaxation room, deckchairs as well as a small bar with a fridge and radio / CD player. The spacious kitchen-cum-dining area is at the centre of the first floor with its numerous dining tables and a new fitted kitchen. 3 double rooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a further bathroom with a shower plus a separate toilet, are also located here on the middle level of the chalet. And finally, a cosy living area with wood panelling, an atmospheric electric fireplace, an inviting seating area, a large satellite TV, DVD player and radio/CD player are located on the second level of the group chalet. 3 additional double rooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet are also located on the top floor of the house. The occupants are provided with a great view of the ski-slopes of Val Thorens from this floor. Electric underfloor heating, a ski-boot warmer in the hallway, a private ski rack beside the house and free WiFi all contribute to the many comforts the chalet has to offer. The location of the house in the small mountain village Le Bettaix, which is beneath Les Menuires, allows winter sports enthusiasts to almost reach the front door of the house when skiing downhill as well as providing an easy start on the ski-slope as the chairlift is located only 300m away. There is a restaurant and a sports shop only 200m away from the chalet. Further shops, restaurants and bars are located in the neighbouring ski resorts St. Martin and Les Menuires, each about 3km away.
