The occupants can put on and remove their skis directly in front of the house door, for the beautiful chalet with 2 separate apartments is located directly by the snow-covered ski slope in the small mountain village Levassaix. Both apartments were renovated elaborately and appealingly as recently as 2007 and were provided with a homely arrangement. The ground floor apartment has a living space of 50m², 2.5 rooms and provides plenty of space for up to 6 people. The inviting living area (25m²) is in the centre of the house, with its kitchen unit, dining table, seating area, TV and DVD player. The apartments sleeping facilities are divided into a 4-bed room with 3 single beds and a pull-out bed, plus a double room with a french double bed, which is provided with daylight by a curtained interior window. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and the toilet is separate. The distance to the station Les Menuires and its shops and restaurants amounts to 1.3km. However, fresh bread can be delivered upon request to the chalet.
