Its location, looking down onto Morzine from the Avoriaz ski runs, makes this 10-person chalet something special. Guests can enjoy a unique view over the Morzine valley and right up to Avoriaz's "Weltcup" run. The rustic 6½-room chalet, with a total floor area of 125m², has been completely done out in wood on the inside to ensure a comfortable atmosphere. The lower floor contains a comfy living room (30m²) with a wood stove, seating, a satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system and a large dining table. The kitchen, a 3-bed room (1 double bed, one single) and a bathroom (with bath, shower and toilet) are also housed on this floor. The rest of the bedrooms are situated on the upper floor: a single room, a double room and a 3-bed room (1 french-double bed and 1 single), aa well as another bathroom (with shower and toilet). In addition to this, underneath the slope of the roof, there is an additional bed/playroom with a sofa-bed for 1 person, equipped with a satellite TV, Playstation and video player. Guests have a washing machine, dryer and covered terrace (with seating) at their disposal. A particular highlight is the fact that visitors can start and end their day skiing in the very close vicinity, as a blue-graded run is situated just 250m away. The chairlifts towards Avoriaz and the gondola towards Morzine are 1.3km away. The distance to Avoriaz is 4km, to Morzine 7km. There is also a baguette delivery service on offer to the chalet.
