The beautiful ski village of Saint Sorlin d'Arves , situated on a slope 1,600 metres up, is like something out of a picture book and visitors are immediately captivated by its traditional Savoyard charm. Situated in the fourth largest French ski area, Les Sybelles, the village is in a pretty location and its wood-clad farmhouses, narrow streets, quaint shops and attractive chalets give it a definite traditional ‘feel’.

The ski area around Saint Sorlin d'Arves itself has a great deal to offer - 34 pistes covering a total area of 120 kilometres, 18 lifts and 2 fun parks. But visitors to this resort also have access to the entire 310 kilometres of pistes in the Sybelles ski area with the majority of the runs here of moderate difficulty. There is also plenty to interest both novice and more advanced skiers. The 2,431 metre high mountain l’Ouillon links the 4 ski stations: La Toussuire, Le Corbier, Saint Sorlin d’Arves and St. Jean d’Arves.
