Booking Conditions

A deposit amounting to 25% of the total rent must be paid within 3 days of receiving your travel confirmation.

The full balance is due a minimum of 35 days before the start of your holiday.

Should you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• until 61 days prior to arrival date = 25% of the rental price
• 31 to 60 days prior to arrival date = 50% of the rental price
• 8 to 30 days prior to arrival date = 75% of the rental price
• within 7 days of arrival date = 95% of the rental price
• You are entitled to prove to us that, in a given case, the actual cost incurred by us is less than that represented by the fixed percentages above.
