This beautiful stone-built house was lovingly restored in the 2005/06 season and was transformed into a comfortable chalet with a sauna. The 120m² living area across 3 levels provides plenty of comfort and space for up to 10 persons. Each of the 4 bedrooms is equipped with its own satellite TV and en-suite. The cosy set-up and the rustic wood panelling in each room, plus electric underfloor heating provides a pleasant living environment. One of the 4 double rooms with a french double bed, satellite TV and ensuite is located on the ground floor of the chalet, together with the sauna and massage shower. On the middle floor there is an inviting living area (40m²) with a natural stone wall, a fireplace, satellite TV, a DVD player and a cosy seating area. The dining area lies besides this with a large dining table, a modern fitted kitchen and balcony, as well as a separate toilet. The three additional bedrooms in the attic, which has a sloped roof, are all set out over two floors and each offer their own reading / television corner, bathroom and a cosy sleeping area in the gallery under the gable. The two double rooms on the top floor are each furnished with 2 single beds, the 4-bed room is furnished with 2 single beds and a pull-out bed for 2 people. The 3 upper rooms share a separate toilet. In addition to this an extra ski-room with ski-boot heaters is available to the occupants. This chalet, which is located in the small mountain village Levassaix below Les Menuires, is situated in a particularly favourable spot directly next to the ski slope. It is therefore possible to both put on and take off ones skis at a distance of roughly 300m from the house. Les Menuires with its numerous shopping facilities and restaurants lies 1.3km away. Fresh baguettes can be delivered upon request to the chalet.
