The sloped attic is finally devoted to the house's small but beautiful spa-area, which offers the occupants a sauna, loungers, a panoramic window and a shower. The location in Saint Marcel provides not only a unique view of the village but also a view of the imposing mountains in Belleville-Tal. In good snow conditions it is possible to ski across an unprepared route into the mountain village and one's skis can be removed at a distance of roughly 650m away from the chalet. Apart from that, the snow-covered ski-slope and the cable car in the ski-resort are located 1.3km away from Saint Martin de Belleville.
