Modern and comfortable chalet in the ski area of the Quatre Vallees, with sauna and free WiFi. This tasteful chalet has a light-flooded spacious open-plan living/dining area and a fully equipped quality kitchen. The window front of the living area offers a breathtaking view over the Valaisian Alps, access to the balcony from the living room. There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. Also 2 bathrooms. There is an additional bedroom (double bed) with private bathroom; access from the outside only, not connected to the other rooms. Please note: The maximum number of persons allowed is 8, although the sleeping capacity is higher.
The chalet is situated in a sunny location high above the valley. Access to the chalet is possible up to approx. 25 m to unload/load luggage; then access to the chalet via a footpath (some steps). There are 2 parking spaces at about 60 m from the chalet (one in the garage). Distance to a small supermarket and a restaurant approx. 400 m. Skies can be left at the ski lift (for a fee). .
Distance to the larger village Les Collons ~4 km with shops, restaurants, pubs, ski rental shop, ski school, bank, post office. Indoor swimming pool and kindergarden (from 18 months on) at Thyon 2000, ~7,5 km. The beautiful regional capital Sion (oldest town in Switzerland) is 18km away at the bottom of the mountain. The village of Hérémence is ~5 minutes away by car, which also has restaurants and bars, bank, supermarket and post office. The small historical village of Vex has an excellent butcher shop and similar facilities as well as a pharmacy, which is ~10 mins away by car. The region has more than 400 km of alpine ski slopes and a network of 12 km nordic slopes.
