Freestanding and newly completed chalet with open fireplace. Situated at the ski slope (~100 m) in Plan Peisey, where the ski areas Les Arcs and La Plagne meet. Access from the chalet to the ski area of Paradiski (~ 100 m) with 425 km of ski slopes. Distance to the cable car Vanoise-Express and to the chair lift of Peisey ~150 m. The cosy living-/diningroom with lounge and open fire place is situated on the upper floor. Very good equipped modern open plan kitchen. On the same floor is a double room. Another double room and a 4-bedroom (bunk bed and two single beds) are situated on the ground floor. A steep fligth of stairs leads from each of these rooms to the first floor. The double room has its own access from the outside. There is another 4-bedroom (bunk bed and double bed settee) on the ground floor which has an outdoor connection to all other rooms. Each of the four bedrooms has its private bathroom with shower and wash basin. The chalet is best suitable for 8 to 10 persons. The chalet is beneficially and centrally located on the upper part of Plan Peisey. Distance to restaurants, apres ski bar (free WIFI internet), grocery shop, bakery, shop with ski school and ski rental approx. 50 - 200 m. Hotel with public indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, steam bath and fitness area approx. 100 m away. Distance to Vallandry approx. 800 m.
