Newly built luxury chalet in the traditional village of Nancroix, ski area Peisey - Les Arcs - Paradiski. Located at the entrance to the Vanoise National Park. This light-filled, spacious chalet features a private sauna, a freestanding fireplace in the centre of the living room as well as free WiFi. Its elegant, stylish interior makes this modern chalet a charming holiday home in a class of its own. The Peisey-Vallandry - Les Arcs - Paradiski ski area is easy to reach with the free ski bus, stop approx. 200 m away. Freeride runs possible up to near the chalet (no marked or prepared ski runs; use at own risk).
On the first floor there is the very spacious and bright living and dining area with large panoramic windows. The large dining table can comfortably seat 11 people. The fireplace creates a warm and cosy atmosphere. With the large Smart TV you can watch Netflix, for example (subscription included). The modern open kitchen is very well-equipped. In the middle of the kitchen there is a central bar island with five seats where you can enjoy an apéritif. The living area has a sofa, two armchairs and four stools. On this floor there is also a double bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with shower. Separate toilet.
On the upper floor you will find the other four bedrooms: a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with double bed and its own bathroom (shower), a mezzanine room with double bed (room height < 1.80m) and a bedroom with three single beds, one of which is raised. A large bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilet. Three of the bedrooms have balcony access. On this level there is also the sauna for 4 to 6 people and a relaxation area with a sofa, two armchairs and a second Smart TV.
On the ground floor is the large garage with ski storage and boot dryer. There is also an anteroom with a washing machine and dryer.
There are four private parking spaces directly in front of the chalet.
The chalet is very well insulated and is heated using a heat pump. Baby equipment available free of charge (upon advance order): baby bathtub, bath seat.
