There is also a single bed available in the corridor. On the attic floor, a further double room can be reached by walking through a 3-bed room with ensuite. With a living area of 110m², the larger apartment offers 6 rooms on 2 floors for 10-13 persons. A spacious living room (35m²) with a seating area, a bed settee for 2 persons, a TV, a large dining table and a modern fitted kitchen is located on the 2nd floor. 2 double rooms, a 3-bed room with a french double bed and a single bed, 1 bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, as well as a separate toilet are also located here. Finally, in the attic there is a gallery with a small shower cubicle, 1 double room and one small double room. Due to the optimal location in the Linga district in the small ski-resort Chatel, the gondola in the ski-region is only 100m away - it is even possible to ski until one is in the vicinity of the house. Apart from that there is also a ski-shuttle stop and shops, which are located only 50m away. It is 1.5km to the town centre.
