A beautiful bathroom with a bathtub and shower plus a separate toilet can be found up here as well. The house is situated directly next to the snow-covered Linga valley ski-slope, which allows the occupants to fasten and unfasten their skis directly on their doorstep. The gondola lift is a mere 150m away, the shuttle bus to the town centre with the ski-lifts Super-Chatel/Torgon sets off 100m away. Shops and restaurants are situated 150-500m away, the town centre 1.5km.
