Here and in the communal rooms, great emphasis is placed on tasteful and inviting furnishings. To provide further living comfort, a washing machine, a ski/shoe cabinet and WiFi (upon payment of a small fee) are available to the occupants. Moreover, the highlight of the house is the large sun terrace with seating and a great view onto the ski-slope. A cosily designed common room (without windows) is located on the ground floor, with a sofa, game-table, TV and radio/CD player plus 2 separate toilets. The entrance to the house is on the first floor (situated on a hill.) The spacious living room (60m²) is also located here and has a comfortable seating area, TV, radio/CD player and several dining tables. The large communal kitchen with professional equipment and pantry is located directly next to this. A double room with a french double bed, a seating area, TV and a bathroom, that is user-friendly for disabled people, is also located on this level. All further bedrooms are found on the 2nd level of the house: three double rooms with en-suite, TV and balconies, three 4-bed rooms each with 2 single beds, a bunkbed, TV, balcony and en-suite. An additional separate flat is located in the attic, which however is accessible by its own external staircase. Due to the optimal location in the Linga district, the gondola lift to the skiing area is only 150m away. It is possible to ski into the vicinity of the house, thanks to the snow covered piste. The shuttlebus stop and shops are 100m away, the town centre is 1.5km away.
