The occupants of this beautiful chalet with fireplace are able to benefit from the many locational advantages, due to the ideal location in the Pré-la-Joux district not far from the snow-covered ski-slope. Therefore you are firstly able to fasten and unfasten your skis in the vicinity of your house. Secondly, the nearest ski lifts are also only 200m and 300m away respectively. It is only 100m to the beginners slope and the corresponding lifts. The chalet itself, with around 200m² living space over 2 levels, affords a lot of room due to its open and spacious interior design. At the same time, the regional-typical panelling throughout the house demonstrates the emphasis that is placed on a cosy living environment. A great view of the ski-slope and the surrounding mountain area is offered from the house's large balcony, which is equipped with seating furniture. The extensive living area (80m²) dominates the ground floor of the chalet, which extends up to the gable and is fitted with a centrally installed fireplace. A comfortable sofa-seating area, a TV and videoplayer plus a large dining table and a bar-like separate kitchen are also among this area's furnishings. A large double room with a french double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet are additionally located on this level. The additional bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, such as two 3-bed rooms with a french double bed and single bed. There is also a large gallery, which opens up to the living room and has a comfortable seating area and 4 single beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. On top of this there are 2 additional mattresses, which may be used when required whilst taking the maximum number of people into account. A washing machine is also available to the chalet's occupants. It is around 4km to the towncentre of Chatel, however, a restaurant is located only 150m away from the chalet, from where you can also buy fresh baguettes. You can reach up to 80m away from the house by car, after that there is a footpath to the chalet.
